This archaeological bridge is located at the north east of Soran city, on the Soran- Haji Omaran section of the Hamilton Road, just outside the village of Barsireen. The bridge was built during the period of the Soran Emirate (1813-1837) and was an import development, allowing people to cross the river and access Barsireen, regardless of the weather or season. Still used by locals today, you can find four beautifully designed cylindrical columns beneath the bridge.
